Rental Payment Policy / Bank Account

- Prices do not include VAT 24%.

- Order Confirmation: An initial deposit of 50% of the total fee will be requested upon signing the contract. This deposit secures our equipment on your event date.

- Final payment: 3 days before pick up or delivery

- Order cancellation: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in any case. In the event of a simple postponement to a later date, the deposit may be used on the new date, subject to the availability of the equipment.

- In the event of loss or damage to equipment, the client will be charged for the cost of purchasing a replacement.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Availability

All orders of products are subject to availability. If supply problems or stock shortages arise, we will inform you about similar products that you can order.

For certain products, customers are able to order quantities that exceed our current availability. The delivery time for these orders will be determined by our supplier.

Delivery

We will make every effort to complete your order by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation and in any case up to 30 days from the date of the order confirmation.

However, there may be delays in customizing products , depending on the delivery area or unforeseen circumstances and delays by partner shipping companies.

Payment & Refund

Our prices do not include VAT at 24%.

The order is confirmed and delivery is initiated upon receipt of the total payment.

Product returns and returns due to wear and tear will be made after we have examined the request and the returned product in detail. You will be informed if it is accepted and if you are entitled to a refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and with the necessary accompanying documentation.

Transfer of risk

Responsibility for the products passes to you once you, or a third party designated by you, has acquired physical possession or control of the products.

Rental Product Shipping Policy

- The shipping of rental products is carried out exclusively upon prior telephone communication with our company and through a partnered transport company. To ensure availability, accurate pricing, and proper delivery coordination, no shipment is scheduled without prior phone consultation. Please contact us at +30 210 923 7902 before placing any rental order or reservation.

- Order Cancellation: The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of a postponement to a later date, the advance may be applied to the new date subject to equipment availability.

- In case of loss or damage to rental equipment, the customer is charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.

- All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping

- The shipping of sales products is carried out via a partnered transport company. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, who will be informed of the charges following telephone communication with our company.

Product Availability

- All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of stock shortages or supply issues, we reserve the right to suggest similar products. Certain products may be ordered in quantities exceeding current stock, with estimated delivery times determined by our supplier.

Delivery & Delays

- Every effort is made to complete the order by the delivery date stated in the order confirmation and in any case within 30 days from the order confirmation. 

Delays may occur due to:

Pickup from Company Headquarters

- Orders may be collected free of charge from our company’s premises upon prior telephone arrangement.

- Responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer once received, either personally or by an authorized representative.

Order Cancellation

- Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipping. If the order has already been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the return and related shipping costs.
